Khurshid Djamshidovich Islamov is a surgical oncologist, colorectal oncologist, and healthcare administrator specializing in surgical oncology and colorectal cancer.

He has many years of clinical, academic, and organizational experience in the field of oncology in the Republic of Uzbekistan. Over the years, he has held the positions of Chief Oncologist of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Head of the Oncocoloproctology Department, and Deputy Head of the National Oncology Center.

Since 2025, he has served as Deputy Director of the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology.

His main professional and academic interests include colorectal oncology, surgical treatment of malignant neoplasms, modern minimally invasive surgical techniques, and multimodal treatment of patients with metastatic colorectal cancer.

He is the author of 24 scientific publications and methodological guidelines.

Dilshod Makhmudovich Egamberdiev — surgical oncologist, Candidate of Medical Sciences, and highest-category physician with more than 20 years of professional experience. He heads the Department of Hepatopancreatobiliary Tumors at the Republican Specialized Scientific and Practical Medical Center of Oncology and Radiology.

He is one of Uzbekistan’s leading specialists in the surgical treatment of liver, pancreatic, and duodenal tumors. He has extensive international training, including at leading medical institutions in South Korea and the United States, supported by ASCO and NCI grants. He is also a national WHO expert in cancer prevention and coordinator of international research grants.

His main professional interests include hepatopancreatobiliary oncology, advanced and minimally invasive surgery, and interventional oncology. He is a co-author of national clinical protocols and scientific publications and actively participates in international oncology congresses.
