Professor Xiangdong Cheng (Zhejiang Cancer Hospital) will disclose a unique technique for restoring the digestive tract in patients with proximal stomach cancer (Sievert II AEG) with laparoscopic and upfront surgery - Giraffe reconstruction.

- Let us consider clinical cases when initially inoperable cT4b esophageal cancer was successfully operated using multidisciplinary approaches. I’ll disclose the latest clinical trials and sophisticated surgical techniques - excision of tumors, restoration of the digestive tract, - Professor Takeo Fujita.

- Across the West, the vast majority of esophageal and cardia cancers are Barrett's adenocarcinomas. Having over 45 years of experience in the treatment of esophageal and cardiac cancers, I will focus on the evolution of technical aspects and multidisciplinary approaches that currently define the treatment of this complex disease – Professor Toni Lerut, Patriarch of Esophageal Cancer Surgery.
